Does anyone have the recipe featured on 27th March "Saturday Kitchen" programme. It's not on the BBC or the programme website, nor does it come up on a search. It was fried in egg and breadcrumbs and had a kind of hollandaise sauce that contained olive oil and basil. Looked yummy.

Whelans sister shop, The Cottage at Marton, is also well known as a favourite celebrity haunt, having attracted the likes of John Major, Jeremy Clarkson, and Gary Neville. Last month, Whelans was voted one of Lancashires top fish and chip shops in the Seafish Quality Awards. Also recommended by Rick Stein in his latest book Seafood Lovers' Guide, Whelns has recently been refurbished.
