I love her recipes. I love this cake but I think it’s fat and I am sure I’ll gain a lot of weight after having the cake. But no doubt that this recipe is great!!

What I love about nigela is that she truly cooks to satisfy the soul. There are enough people out there aiming at cheap or healthy cooking, why not have someone who shows us how to make the best of it when we want to indulge!
