Hey! That’s what I do!!! I mix a little bit of organic pomegranate juice with plain (no added high fructose corn syrup) seltzer water, and it tastes like a Clearly Canadian drink, only better for you!
Too much sugar eaten at one time has a detrimental effect on blood sugar level.
I do that! I use a small amount of organic juice (usually pomegranate) and combine it with seltzer water (plain, non-high fructose syrup). It tastes great…like a Clearly Canadian except much more healthy.
I think it’s sweet how Jamie says “darling” to the women
