-Julia Child– Classic dishes
-Giada De Laurentiis– makes the best Italian combinations..and she uses chocolate quitea bit..which I love. Plus, the way she cooks is easy to understand and replicate.
-Ina Garten( Barefoot Contessa)– She got me addicted to putting red pepper flakes in almost everthing savoury…ALMOST!
-Paula Deen– not afraid of butter (hehe)
-Bobby Flay — very versatile
-Nigella Lawson– Comfort food diva(in my books atleast)
