cool – did this on the weekend and it *was* perfect!
Was it just chicken stock that he poured in for the gravy?
thank you
The only problem with cooking the chicken (breast side up) is that the breast meat is quite dry. I always cook my chicken upside down, because the juices from the fatty leg meat will penetrate the breasts and make them lovely and moist – that almost sounds rude! lol
heeehh…AFC huh??haha
To Nanefy, I agree with you in the way you cook the bird. This is a much better way.
i luv the studio this is shot..its sooo beautiful n fresh!
you can lift the skin off the breasts and fill inbetween the breat and skin with seasoned butter, which is olive butter salt and peper, you can mix this yourself and fill it in between the breats and skin, make sure you spread it around to cover the breast meat, that will stop you from cooking it upside down and this will keep your breats moist and flavoured. try it, it works
Can I use any white wine?
loved it
get out!
Hey said you could use white wine you fool!
I wasn’t sure if I can use any wine since certain wines have different taste…and I never tasted any wines before so i don’t know!!!!!!! that is why I asked and don’t call me a fool. .
If you haven’t tried wine you aren’t gonna know if you like it, so why put it all over your food n wreck your whole meal? Sounds a bit foolish to me!
Wow, the thermometer, that’s neat.
